Breath of Death: Pollution’s Harmful Effects
Introduction:
The air that we breathe is the most important thing for our physical body’s survival. Without breathing oxygen, the human brain cannot survive for more than a few minutes. With such an important role and function that air and our lungs play, it would seem prudent to breathe the type of air God made for us.
Often, pollution is created as a byproduct of modern society. In the name of science, health, money, easy life, greed, etc. humans are slowly destroying this world. Although short-term gains may be realized, the long-term effects may never be recovered.
Since pollution corrupts God’s original perfect air, it manifests certain negative consequences to the people, animals, and plants who breathe that air. The more pollution we breathe or generate, the greater those consequences will be.
