Tobacco Smoke = More Childhood Behavioral Problems

Children that were exposed to tobacco smoke prenatally had almost double the risk of developing behavioral problem at school age. For children that were first exposed to tobacco smoke after birth, their risk was 1.3 times.

Children who watch television 2 or more hours per day, from the ages of 2.5 to 5.5, have more behavioral problems. Also, a TV in the bedroom of children 5.5 years of age leads to poor social skills and sleep.
