Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower have high concentrations of sulforaphane (SFN). In a study of mice, half of the mice were given 300 ppm of SFN and the other 600 ppm. The tumors the mice had reduced almost twice as fast in the group that received the most SFN.
